Weddings At Anthony's Key Resort:

Weddings at Anthony's Key Resort are arranged for the late afternoon, on an elevated deck overlooking the ocean and the evening sunset. This area is best suited for small weddings only; however, there are several other locations on the property where the ceremony can be arranged if the couple wishes to do so. The ceremony is short, simple and is conducted in Spanish, although you may request a translation. It is more of a formality, as you might expect with a county judge. You will receive a wedding certificate in English or in Spanish. Paperwork requirements: You must have an original birth certificate, or a copy with a raised seal for both parties. If you are a widow, a death certificate of a former spouse will be necessary. If you are divorced you need an original document with a raised seal stating this. If you've never been married, you must have a document stating so with a notary seal. You will also need your passports, a medical certificate and parental authorization for those who are underage. All weddings must have at least two witnesses, that may be either foreign or Honduran nationality, with proper identification, driver;s license or passport. (If the couple will be travelling alone, we will arrange for 2 AKR staff members to serve as witnesses.) The wedding costs may range from $800 - $1000.00. This includes a small wedding cake, tropical Bridal bouquet, tropical wedding decor, a custom video, 2 rolls of printed film (the negatives are yours), wedding music, hors d'oeuvres, champagne and punch. This also includes all paperwork, professional fees for the local authorities officiating the ceremony, and any transportation costs of authorities to the resort and return. All paperwork must be faxed to the resort no less then 14 days prior to the wedding to allow for proper inscription with local authorities. Anthony's Key Resort's Honeymoon Suites (the Jr. Suite -no a/c, and the Key deluxe -with a/c) are appointed with mahagony bedroom sets including a queen size bed. Louvered windows allow for privacy and maximum use of the gentle tradewinds. The honeymoon suites are away from the other cabins at the resort, allowing for more privacy. The Jr. suites feature a separate lounging area that is perfect for romantic dinners or simply relaxing. The sitting area is screened in on 3 sides or left open to the gentle ocean breezes.

Honeymoon Packages include: 7 nights hotel accommodations, One open water dolphin dive, One dolphin snorkel at Bailey's Key, A video of dolphin dive and swim, Flowers and one bottle of wine in room upon arrival, Buoyancy control workshop, 3 single tank boat dives per day, 2 single tank night boat dives per week, Daily dolphins show presentations, Full American meal plan-3 meals daily, Welcome island cocktail and orientation, Tropical picnic on Tabyana beach, Island fiesta night on the key, Horseback riding and hiking, Kayaking and canoeing, Entrance to Roatan museum, Airport transfers and airline ticket reconfirmation.
